Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Quang Dat LE (operating under the brand qdat107), based in Paris, France. For any question about your data, or to exercise your rights, email lequangdat1071@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect only what you type into it:

• Your name.
• Your phone number and/or email address, so we can reply.
• Your preferred time to call (optional).
• The content of your message.

No account is created and no advertising or analytics profile is built. Please do not include sensitive information (health, political opinions, etc.) in your message.

Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We use this data for one purpose only: to read your request and reply to it. The legal basis is your consent (given by ticking the box on the form) together with the steps taken at your request before any contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

Who receives it

Your message is read and handled by Quang Dat LE alone. To deliver and answer it, the site relies on a small number of service providers (sub-processors):

• FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) turns the form into an email.
• Google (Gmail) receives and stores the emails we exchange.
• Google Fonts and Fontshare serve the fonts used to display this site.
• The website host, which stores and serves these pages.

We never sell or rent your data, and we never share it for advertising.

Transfers outside the European Union

FormSubmit and Google are established in the United States, so using them transfers some data (including your IP address and message) outside the EU. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Fonts are loaded from these providers when the page opens; if you prefer to avoid this, you can block third-party font requests in your browser.

How long we keep it

Contact-form data is kept for a maximum of 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Where a project follows, accounting and invoicing documents are kept for the legal period of 10 years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email lequangdat1071@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL, at www.cnil.fr.

Cookies & local storage

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to manage. It saves a single technical item in your browser (localStorage) to remember your language choice (English or French). It is strictly necessary for the site to behave as you set it, holds no personal data, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
